I like it. If that is a true example of the finished production vehicle, they did a great job. There are several things on the Scout that Ford should have on the Bronco. Competition is good.
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's are awesome in the snow. I ran Duratracs on my FJ and my current F250 came with them. Not a fan. I will be switching to the Mickey's. I run the Mickey's on my Raptor. The only down side is that they are a heavy tire.
The only real negative to the Mickey's is the weight. The D rated 35's are very heavy. Traction wise they are very good. I ran them on my Raptor and they were hands down better in the wet and snow than KO2's, or Duratracs.
They will get noisy when you get some miles on them. I ran them on my FJ. They were just OK overall. My F250 Tremor came factory with them and they are already getting load at 3000 miles. Not a fan.
Soften the compression and rebound. Start at the softest setting and work up as needed. You may end up lower the nitrogen pressure in the rear. 160psi sounds high to me.
Thank you. I was originally going to have them powdercoated silver. Once I got them I decided to run them as is. I like it so much better than the all black factory wheels.
You have to get the vehicle into the correct mode which is a sequence of brake pedal application and ignition on/off. Youtube explained it very well. From there it was just a matter of using the tool at each wheel starting with the left front.
