That 99 code is on all 2022 automatic order conversions until confirmed by the customer and then entered into the system by the dealer. It’s supposed to change to a 19 at that time.

Not true. If I buy a Black Diamond because that’s what I want with the 4.46 gearing and I want a front diff lock then this is perfect. I’m sure it can be setup for less than $6000 so that’s good. Not everybody wants or needs to run the biggest tire for technical rock crawling.
I expect they will be wired like factory supplied fog lights are normally wired. In this case, to the light switch with the fog light push button, just like the standard bumper fog lights.
ilo means in lieu of - in this case it’s ilo of the Capable Steel bumper. So, if you upgrade the capable your cost is $575. The other price is to upgrade the standard bumper.

For 2-door Black Diamond, new base is $400 more plus $575 for upgrade to modular bumper = $975 more which is the amount of the price protection certificate from Ford for that version.
