Well, hopefully they don't leave beer bottles in the fenders like the Boeing plant does.
Just spoke with Ford chat and I'm back to 26-SEP for build day, though I'm now told that production will be completed between 11 and 17-OCT. A previous agent had told me that estimated dealer delivery would...
I got the stock PP1 wheels from my 2016 Mustang GT/PP available. They've been stored in the wheel boxes that my PP2 wheels came in, but those have disintegrated from the humidity. Wheels are in good used condition, some light scratches and rock chips. No bends, cracks, or curb rash. These will...
If I made an offer and you accepted, would you mind holding them for a few weeks until I pick my Bronco up in Philly, and drive back to South Carolina? I'd need to go through the MD/DC/VA corridor, one way or the other.

Anyone in a high humidity area noticing any aluminum corrosion (white dust, essentially) on the machined face? These look awesome, and I'd love to go with them, once I get my Wildtrak (and some factory rails), but I live in Charleston, close to salt water, and I'm worried about the polished face...

My build week is 26-SEP.

Looking at the installation instructions, it looks like there are a couple plates that need to be installed on the chassis (without the hard top), but the vast majority is assembly of the frame. I'd assume that the additional $500 on top of the Bestop price would go towards assembly of the frame...
Thanks for the reply. Seems like I could have bought it more cheaply directly from Bestop, but I assume that if it's a dealer installed option, the dealer is on the hook for the 51 pages of installation instructions?

I ordered my Wildtrak 4D through Chapman, in Philly, so I'll have to drive it about 14 hours to get it back to Charleston. I bought both the MIC and soft top, and it kinda just dawned upon me that I'll need to travel home with both tops.
Has anyone else done this? I assume I'd need to have the...
