No assembly line picture yet, and I still haven't gotten my "Delivered" email from Ford, but I'm picking up my Wildtrak tomorrow morning! 0630 flight to Philly, so I should have her no later than 1100!

I've been changing my oil and doing all automotive maintenance/repairs for 20 years, have a high lift jack, and I'm still not sure if it'll lift my Wildtrak. Since I have a question about how far the suspension will travel before the wheel is bottomed, does that mean I should have someone else...
Another checking in at 4.29% with Navy Federal Credit Union. I can't believe my Mustang was 1.79%, and the dealership was able to beat NFCU at that rate. My dealer didn't even try to run my credit when I told him my rate. He said it wasn't worth the hassle to me or them.

Well, my Bronco is unloaded and awaiting pickup at the Port Wilmington, DE rail yard. Ford chat can't give me a better idea of delivery. I guess I'll just keep bugging my sales guy.

Well, she left New Florence, PA at 0604 today. 263 more miles to go!

After five calls to Chapman Ford to talk to the guy who took my order, I was finally transferred to someone named Charles Corbett, who will be working with me from now on. I don't know why Ed Simpson wouldn't pick up my calls or call me back, but whatever.
Charles understood why I was getting...
Oh, I know. It's literally a car that I rarely ever drive and when I do, it's at like 35 MPH to Ale & Octane or Cars and Coffee. The funny thing is that 99% of the people at those places don't even know what they're looking at. They see a 305 CID with an automatic, when in reality, it's a metric...
I inherited a 1986 Camaro with a big block from my father-in-law. It has 20 year old BFG tires, and the car is rarely driven. They're not dry rotted, they have plenty of tread depth (it gets driven less than 500 miles a year, and sometimes not at all), and I'll replace them when I'm damn good...

Yeah, but that's not how they work, unless someone stuck a hose all the way down into the crankcase.
I'm sorry, but anecdotes don't trump the laws of physics.

The PCV on the 3V and Coyote Mustang engines puts the passenger side PCV return right in front of the throttle body, which ends up coating the throttle body blade in gunk. The passenger side is the one that gets the most attention, as the driver's side is relatively benign.
On the 2.7L, the...
My dealer got me the railcar info, then I confirmed it via chat. I used the rail car tracking information in the Ordering Guide thread. Basically, call Norfolk Southern, press 2, press 2, enter the alpha value of the front of the rail car info as numbers (TTGX = 8849), then enter the rail car...

Where is she going next???
Edit: Arrived Conway, PA on 5-OCT at 0818

No problem! There are probably other tear tag codes that aren't represented in our build week's spreadsheet, and some research could probably uncover those and correlate them to specific options sets. If I had the time, I'd do it and maybe it would be of interest to someone, or to see how they...
A tear tag is essentially the identification code that goes along with your PCM's configuration/software loadout. For instance, you'll notice that the spreadsheet has a bunch of common tear tags listed.

Yes. I've been dealing with Ed Simpson from Chapman of Northeast Philly.
I have the full information (assuming that the dealer rep read it off the DORA report correctly).
