I had a base Jeep wrangler JK. It was a 2015 model. The one thing about the wrangler sport I had is, it did come with nice starter tires, the same size of the BB tires.
I'm still leaning toward the BB. The Base with Sasquatch is still in my thoughts, but still not sure; and it would be overkill for me, with a color I didn't want.
I was talking to some guys at work, and they said I might as well get what I want, because I'll regret it later.
I just really...
I agree about the advantages of a soft top and wish Ford provided it on the 2DR , but from my understanding, the original Bronco never had a soft top. The soft top is mainly a Jeep thing.
I don't know for sure, but it seems like they wanted to keep the 2Dr like the traditional Bronco which was...
I still want a Bronco, but admit my excitement has died down a bit. With the B&P release date seemingly being pushed back more, I think I just need to make the decision to switch my reservation to the right dealer, and wait.
I'm not sure Ford was ready for the level of interest in the Bronco...
I will use them every way possible. In my Jeep the rear seat folded in a st way and had to be tied down to keep it from flopping up & down. It was easier to just take it out completely.
the way the bronco seats fold is sufficient for me
It seems like the build & price will be packed with a lot of options and accessories. It's something we all probably guessed at. It will be fun to play with, when available.
That's not a bad route, and I think a lot of people may do that. I'm certainly thinking about it. The only issue for me is the sasquatch pkg. is way overkill for me. I would eventually take it off road but nothing heavy.
I really want the modular top, Area 51 or Cactus gray colors. $4800 for...
Ha, ha. The Element reminds me of my Kia Soul, only better. I'd planned on trading the Kia in when I bought the Bronco, but lately I've been thinking about hanging onto it. I'm just not sure I want to have three cars.
I don't mind it. It certainly would have been nice if they folded flush with the floor, but it's not a deal breaker, and will work for me.
An aftermarket storage container that brings the floor level will be nice. I'm wondering if that will be one of the 200 accessories Ford offers.
The BB is right at the level I want. I was looking at a 4DR. Wrangler in the parking lot at work. It had the same size tires that the BB comes with, but with M/T tires. I was thinking how good those may look on a 2DR. Bronco, even with A/T tires.
As a car person, that's a really big mix up, and my response probably would have been the same.
Way back when I had my 96 Explorer, some people called it a Jeep. It won't be a big deal to me.
It's just like when I'm wearing my Samsung Galaxy watch or Moto 360, people will comment how that's a...
I'll be switching to Stephens. I was in the middle of the Georgia dealer thread, and was going with Granger, then heard about them. Stephens is a lot closer for me. Thanks to both dealerships, and Granger for getting this whole thing going.
I didn't want to read through this whole thread, but...
I love Extreme terrain and really hope they get into the Bronco stuff. If so, that's who I'll be getting a lot of my stuff from.
I'm not sure what I'll get from Ford. Right now I'm leaning toward a roof rack, but not sure. I want to be able to have the modular top so I can remove as much as...
Interested points from OP and you all. I consider myself a little lucky in that I hadn't been waiting for the Bronco, like some of you. I see were some of you have been on this site since 2016.
When they announced that the Bronco was coming out, I was initially excited but as the years past, I...
I still like the look of both models. I just wish we could see some of the lesser trims without the Sasquatch package or larger tires. There is a pic from Reddit in the BB thread of that model and I really liked it.
I also liked the red outer banks model that was showcased with the accessories.
I'm learning a lot from this thread, in addition to some of my own research. I was going to get a rear locker for the BB or get the BD. I think I may now just stick to the BB and get no rear locker.
I've been back and forth so much, LOL.
Area 51 4DR, Badlands with Sasquatch, combo modular top with sun rider opening. Warn wench with the heavy duty bumper. Hight package, light bar and yakima roof rack. Slide out tailgate shelf thing (not sure what it's called but I think you all know what I mean).
