Hello,
Hate to trouble everyone. Any insight into why Price Protection certificate may not show up? This is tied to an original 7/15/2020 reservation, that I converted 10/2022. Was expecting $2845 in PP based on everything known. Went today to purchase and no certificate. I walked...
Bronco in, salesman already contacted me, basically threatening to sell it to someone else within second sentence. Amazing. Heading in Monday to pick it up. Hopefully.
Cash isn’t king at dealerships, and won’t get you any discounts IMO. That doesn’t imply you should finance, just that dealers prefer you do, therefore aren’t going to discount a cash purchase.
Everyone’s going to have a slightly different opinion. My opinion on the Heritage is … it’s the best (cheapest) way to get Mid and Manual trans. I don’t think Big Bend or BD allow mid package AND manual. Doesn’t seem reasonable but if you try and build you will see. So the Heritage becomes...
Yeah. I was feeling as if that was the case for me. Took me 2-3 weeks to finally get my 2020 reservation converted, first was told “order banks not open”, then “cannot order Sasquatch”. I finally got mine ordered as desired 10/17 after first visiting dealer 9/29. I’m really unclear if it...
I’m ok waiting this out a little. But I will be upset if no further orders get scheduled for build in 2022 AND they re-open order banks anytime in 2022. isn’t the reason order banks closed was to build any remaining orders/close out all reservations and then start taking new orders ? Maybe...
I don’t disagree, but seems a really dumb corporate model to Price Protect some sales, but let dealers mark up stock ones $5,000 or more. Seems like Ford would want to clear out any remaining price protected orders, then raise prices $3,000 or more across the board. That would make sense for...
Ok. If I’m reading all the responses correctly , those with early reservations , say 2020 do not need COVP? That would certainly simplify my situation and make getting PP a little less uncertain. Thanks
