It’s truly amazing how little they care about customers. I get that their (sales) main job is to separate you from as much money as they possibly can. Totally accept that, but damn, a little common sense would go a long way for sure. I get you man. It’s painful dealing with them.

I’m trying to Convert an early unconverted reservation per Ford communications. First was told order banks not open, got past that and provided them a build sheet of 2 door Sasquatch outer Banks. They claimed Sasquatch not available, which makes zero sense and then placed an order for 4 door...

My favorite line there… work with you dealer to understand how this might impact your price protection. At some point, these FAQs just make me laugh. My dealer wouldn’t know first thing about price protection, except that they know nothing about price protection. Lol.

I think you’re probably right.. I did hit dealer today. Came away empty. The thing that gets me is my friends experience is exactly the same , at a totally unrelated dealership. Makes me wonder if dealer has a reason not to convert to order.

Doesn’t answer your question. But I have a 7/15/20 reservation I’m debating what to do with. I already have a Big Bend but would love to have badlands Lux I guess. Debated hard but missed first round of ordering, I feel like the pressure is off for another three weeks or so now. Lol.

How will it work to order a heritage limited? Especially Yellowstone — a later color ? I have an early unconverted reservation from July 2020, but not sure it’ll really help or not ? Thanks.
