Yes, it's a scan selection. Not difficult, dealer can do it.

Solution: All the way up, or all the way down for frameless windows.

Mine is a soft top, and I get no issues with my windows. At Ford race school they will not allow you to drive with windows partially open. It's all the way open or all the way closed. That's how I drive all vehicles since. My choices: HVAC, windows down at a stop, or top off, doors off...

Frameless windows should be considered on/off when moving. Either all the way up or all the way down.

By far, the most annoying feature of the Bronco is this forum and all of the Facebook groups. They aren't really on the Bronco, unless I'm reading in the car. I can't stop looking at them, hoping for something useful. I keep finding threads of complaints, which must be useful, because I'm here...

6-8 weeks after built, for planning, yes. Be flexible. I've bought 2, and stuff happens. Getting another. One went to production October, finished end of December, delivered mid January. It's been flawless. Love the Bronco. Got em at Granger.

There are a lot of Wildtrack Hard Top Lux and Raptors available as dealer stock within 100 miles of Chicago. No one can order one. Anyone can buy one off the lot.

I've bought a LOT of new cars. None of them have had swirl marks from delivery. YRMV. One had the front plate drilled when I always ask for them not to. Recent experience: 6 new Fords in the last 2 years. Zero swirls, all prepped and washed from 4 different dealers. No front plate drilled holes...

IMHO, Let the dealer do the prep and peel. I trust them to do their prep. They do it every day. Decline add on items that you don't want. Sometimes, there's an add on that you will like.
