I’m talking to my dealer about windshield coverage options and he’s looking into it. I imagine it costs close to the price of a new windshield but I can see it paying for itself if it’s a good policy/warranty. Anyone have experience with something like that?

Did you order the Ford hitch/harness and did you install yourself or have the dealer do it?

I'll be postponing that install for as long as possible. In Utah, it's a secondary offense - police can't stop you for not having a front license plate. But they can cite you for it if they pull you over for a different reason.

I ordered this one for when I get pulled over and am told I need to install a front plate. Might need to remove it prior to rock crawling but I like how it doesn't block anything. I've seen a few other solutions on the forum as well.

Thanks, I'll try that. Dealer said they reported the sale with my account number, but this sounds like another step that they may need to do.

Waiting for my points to post so I can use them for the flaps as well (or the Ford running boards, or the tow package, or the roof rack…)

Are you happy with those running boards? Seems like the stock Ford mud flaps that are $50 would fit as well since it doesn’t need the cutout, but the gator back ones probably look nicer and you can easily remove the bottom half when needed.

I'd be curious to know this myself. Seems like the the flaps without the rock rail cutout would work with those boards since they don't go as far forward as the rails...but would be great to have confirmation.

Same. On your Cactus Gray I think a matte finish looks sharp. On my Lightning Blue I’d lean towards gloss if I end up wrapping.
