I expect Ford to make it easier to have a dealer make the repair in Warranty to bring the windows in spec. I have two doors that rattle like they are about to fall off the truck when I open them. The dealer basically just said "it is what it is, shitty design". I have no recourse except to do...
Honestly it’s rediculous that the consumers have to fix this. My windows are terrible and the dealer basically just rolled them down and back up and said that was all they could do.
I have found it easier with my Jeeps to just do a 4 tire rotation, and when it is time to buy a new set of tires, I only buy 3 new tires. I rotate the spare in and take the best looking used tire and move it up to spare tire status. Avoids some hassle and gives you the same result in the end.
I cruise around with a 55 gallon drum of mobile one synthetic in the back pumping directly into the engine and I leave the drain plug out. This is ensures the engine is always using brand new oil. I consider this cheap insurance.
Honestly I’d be more concerned with buying a hard top. Both tops have had some issues, but the hard top has had dramatically more issues. Neither top is very quiet.
Also, I think the soft top looks a lot better. I know it’s subjective, but the gray of the hard top just looks cheap and...
I have heated steering wheel in my 2022. If that’s the only reason you are getting Lux, I’d take it off anyhow. It really sucks in the Bronco. You can barely tell it’s on. I wouldn’t pay even $50 extra for it if it were a standalone option.
I don’t think the paperwork said anything special. They just replaced a broken HVAC control unit. No mention of updating anything or different parts.
I'd be interested in this for a noise reducer on highway trips. I'll wait on a few reviews to come back, and to the seller, would be nice to have some sound reduction data.
I never said I wanted anything. I said the Bronco is slow. This is a fact. And adding 20HP to at 330HP engine isn’t going to make it not slow. It’s a waste of money imho.
Yeah, this is about the most useless upgrade ever. Those are not numbers that will impact the drivability of the Bronco. It was slow before despite the power, and it will still be slow with 5% more power. Any actual noticable change can be chalked up to placebo affect.
Just a thanks to those in this thread. I had a mild ticking noise, like a popping rivet, from my tailgate similar to others in this thread. It was enough to annoy me badly, but I doubt it was bad enough that the dealer would replace the tailgate. Anyhow, I did the WD40 lithium spray down like...

Bronco Sport in Heritage trim looks God awful.
UNPOPULAR OPINION:
The Full sized Bronco in Heritage trim also looks God awful. There, I said it. It looks like shit.
