I went to a self washer after work tonight. On the drive over the warnings were doing the on and off bongs every other second. From working to fault to working to fault etc. I sprayed the heck out of wherever I could fit the nozzle. And the error just stayed solid on afterwards. Ah well at least...

I will need to dig out the paperwork for repairs. But I drive on nothing but salty and/or briney roads up here in the winter. The weather has been bitterly clod and then warm again and then bitterly cold and warm etc. recently so the roads are just covered in it.

When I got home tonight I grabbed my fairly low power electric leaf blower and just blew it up and around anywhere I could inside and near the wheel well and bumper. The garage is above freezing tonight but I think I will put my little oil space heater out there to help it dry… 🤷

First time they replaced a wire harness, second time the sensor itself.

Well it’s time for my near annual repair. This is my 5th winter and 3rd time with this same failure. But no warranty to cover it now. (Passenger side)
