Does anyone know if the Wildtrack Trim Rings are purely cosmetic? Could you take them off and not use them?
Gouged a couple and was debating having them sent out, some have said they function as beadlocks, I thought they were for looks and you could remove them and install "real" beadlocks...
Thank you for the advice on my Bronco's audio system. I have upgraded my speakers (all 6) and I am getting set to order the Kicker Key and harness. I had my radio forscanned to EQ = OFF & Rears = Speaker & Speaker and Sub (sub is inactive as I have sub delete). That bring me to a couple of...
IMHO - I stand FIRMLY in this camp. Keep that GT350!!!
I'm retired and we have a 2 car and 1 car garage. The 2 car is occupied by a GV70 (wife's) and my Wildtrack. I keep thinking about a Mustang in the one car, even though I know it will barely get any use.
Well, not an issue at all. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing the key amp. When I left the house this morning, the Kicker was relatively high on the list of Bronco projects BUT, alas, today on our Trail Ride the Jeep behind me (driven by a friend) ran into the back of the...
Looking for someone who has installed the Kicker Key200.4 using a plug and play harness into their Bronco. Would like to meet up to discuss getting some help with an install on my Wildtrack.
Thank You
Chris

If I wasn't planning on an amp and sub I would have probably skipped the 150hz blockers.
I finished installing my speakers over the weekend. 2 - 6.5" JBL coax in Mabett pods (150hz Bass Blockers), 2 - Rockford Fosgate 6.5" woofers in the kick panels (150hz Bass Blockers) & 2 - 4" infinity Coax in the dash (600hz Bass Blockers).
I got the radio forscanned, Rears set to speaker &...
My best guess is that this is some sort of "Dealer" install GPS / Antitheft device. It was installed behind the drivers kick panel, next to the speaker. Any idea if it can be unplugged and tossed?
Thanks
That would infer that it's either the AMP (channel went bad / signal was lost) or the head unit / ACM stopped out putting to the pass rear channel.
To test this (and it will be a pain), if you take the input to the amp and pin some wires to it, connect it any old speaker (the original pods if...

The Key 200.4 is the last step for me if the other steps don’t get me to the acceptable level. I’m not an audio nut like I used to be.
