I like the idea of the soft top. Really enjoyed it this summer. I have concerns about its longevity and true ability to seal out the elements. I don't regret having the car for over a year in exchange for removing the hard top option, but I'll buy a hard top when the become readily available.
I have a similar "issue". I wouldn't say its a problem necessary, but my top is doing the same thing. Garage kept w/ about 2k miles in about a year. I say that because this car is barely driven - its a weekend car for us. I cant for the life of me understand why there would be more sag in that...
For those asking about NH - I went over the summer and really enjoyed it. I stayed in Concord and drove up for the day. The event itself is beautiful - great setting, great instructors, great trails.
This is very similar to my view (less owning an lr3).
IIRC the Bronco and Defender buzz started around the same time, and I was intrigued by both. We were looking for a "jeep" type vehicle - looking at everything from restored classics, NAS defenders, new jeeps, etc. Really just something to...
One thing that I recall that was an issue for some (but not me). If you feel strongly about driving a car exactly (or similar) to yours, make sure you speak up when selecting cars. I personally didn't care, but some folks in my group really wanted a XZY model and/or a specific color and were...
Ha. Same boat. My 1900's house and nearly as old garage probably wouldn't fit a sas. For now - i'm good, but this is interesting option/
More on topic - Assume these would be a warranty item so that might be worth it to some(?).
I have the yellow 2 door from the same company (from Amazon). Its high quality and fun. I can tell you that its not sand box rated (per my 3 year old), but the kids love it.
I have your exact same car (including no adv4wd). I actually get a fair amount of snow, and would have been nice, but not worth worrying about. Enjoy the car when it arrives!
