Does that mean they have a back of rigs with the same issue?
I'm in the same boat ... We've been living with the issue since we're the only ones opening the back doors (toddlers in the back seats). I plan to have it fixed at next oil change. (in theory)
I feel for those still waiting. I had an early reservation. I "downgraded" my build from a sas to try to get it built faster. So... no hard top and no sas. The only thing I didn't/wouldn't give up (impossible to add later) was 2.7. I regretted it for a bit, but I'm in my 2nd winter and going on...
Every once in awhile I'm disappointed that i dropped MIC and sasquatch, but then I see stuff like this. I've been had mine for about a year... a bird in the hand... GL to all.
With two toddlers / car seats in the back of mine. I love / hate to see these posts. Glad everyone is ok and glad the car protected everyone!
Not to make light of the situation ... but WHAT is the deal with this rig? Volunteer? Looks like an awfully nice king ranch fire rig.
All generally true, however a low apr loan with gap insurance accomplishes the same thing. Revaluate at 3yrs into the purchase (vehicle value vs. market), flip or keep going. Its highly unlikely the bronco will depreciate that much in 3 years.
I didn't get it, and don't after one (moderate winter) didn't miss it, but put it in the 'nice to have' box. There you go. I have no issue driving in full time 4 hi in the snow, but it would be a nice option to send my wife out in, or for mixed snow/wet driving.
Installed today and got a small amount of around-town and slower freeway (55mph) driving in. In 40 degree weather.
This is an A+ product and company all around. Down to the details like including a socket.
Just a few things, most which have already been said.
Sound deadening is noticeable...
Very interesting that the only links are:
01. CAREERS
02. PRESS
03. FORUMS
Specifically "Forums". Seems odd (or, rather, ironic) that they're launching with a message board, very similar to Bronco.
