They could be under the seats. I know some other CUVs and dc SUVs don’t have them on the console. My daughter was spoiled with the giant vents on our Lincoln MkT. she was too cold sometimes. The MKX has the more traditional set up. Since I’m ordering a 2 door, it’s less of a concern.
I don’t necessarily want a “tamer” Bronco. I just probably won’t be rock crawling. I’ll take it off the beaten path, but that means remote parts of Northern Michigan. Not Moab. The base with better tires would be great for me. It’s all the capability I’d ever need.
I know for a fact that CarPlay/Android Auto isn't optional. That was a mess up by someone at Ford. Either the person that loads options into the website or whoever gives that person the info. Someone did clarify that CP/AA are standard. You are right about the wireless stuff. Still, they worded...
My biggest complaint about CarPlay is having to click so many buttons just to go back into Sync. It is irritating when I want to change from radio to Sirius, etc. In theory, the TomTom maps will do that and continuously update. That plus off road maps would be great. I have also run into issues...
Yeah. Once automakers moved to CarPlay and Android Auto, they lost all that nav revenue. People, especially those driving mainstream vehicles, will NOT pay for a functionality that is on their own device already. Now I am interested in the subscription nav Ford will have. If it's through TomTom...
The Model/Spec site is sort of a mess right now. There are a number of options that are wrong or different in multiple locations. There are a lot of placeholders too. For example: I don't think the 3500 pound tow rating will be the top tow rating. They haven't announced a tow package rating yet...
Yep. I occasionally contribute to TTAC, and moderate that site. I was leaving it to Motor1 since they were all over it from the start. I've been talking to some auto media about it. A lot of auto media people reserved a Bronco too. I don't know what options they were looking for though.
The Sasquatch is available with both the 2.3 and 2.7. Anything automatic will get you squatching. So you can get the Sasquatch package with the smaller engine.
Mike is great. He is in Communications and like you said, isn't necessarily responsible for the situation. Any time I've had a question, Mike has answered it or at least took the time to say that he can't answer it.
Admin Edit:
Let Ford know in this thread that you'd like to Sasquatch Package to be available with the manual transmission! And also sign this petition for it.

I've seen a lot of people post that they wanted a Sasquatch Package vehicle with a manual transmission. However, it...
On my Ranger, the A-Plan discount was about 9% off MSRP when you remove the package discounts. On the $29,995 Bronco Base 2-door, that would make the A-Plan price around $27,300 including the destination and delivery charge. At in the admin fee and tax, and I should be able to get a Bronco for...
