Is it a Ford product? Or the Tacoma in your profile thing?
If it was Ford, it would be super easy. You just tell them you have a Ford ordered and Ford Credit will make it happen. I don't know about Toyota.
I'll cancel my order if they make me put anything else down before delivery. The dealer is going to sell that unit if I don't take delivery. There is no way it'll sit. I'd argue they'd sell it for more to some tire kicker that came in to the dealership than me.
If they announce the Raptor version, and you really want it, just don't take delivery of you current order. I'm sure the dealership won't mind. They'll sell it still.
Did you have more info about the Mach-E? I think you probably did, but I'm not sure. It certainly didn't have the demand. If they can get the B&P site up next month and have the order process a smooth experience, everything should be okay.
I wouldn't call delaying the launch a few months during a pandemic them f'ing it up. They have significant demand and seem to NOT want to f this up. They pushed the Explorer and Aviator out the door too early and look what happened.
As a Ranger owner, I can tell you that the onroad manners of the Ranger are actually very good. It's done well offroad on trails and ORV routes in Northern Michigan. I really like the truck. Me deciding to purchase my lease is the only thing that would keep me from getting a Bronco.
My wife...
There is no way to tell on some of the stuff. I hope there are a bunch of a la carte options, but I doubt it for a vast majority of stuff. Iād be super happy to just spec a base with the front and rear lockers plus aux switches. Bam. Done. Gimme my Bronco.
An option I know wonāt be stand alone...
The lease on my Ranger was so good that it made more sense than buying. Especially because I was planning on buying a Bronco. The incentives at the end of last year were nuts.
The interest rate was under 3%.
I am a VP at a company that does a lot of auto financing.
There are a lot a variables here.
We have no idea what auto loan rates will be in April - June of 2021
Even if we did, Ford may not have promotional rates for the Bronco
On some vehicles, standard rates can be 5.9% for 60 months or...
My plan was to go to 32s. I don't think it should be a problem. Other trims, without suspension changes, ride on 32s.
I would tell you to just put an order in. It's $100 and refundable. You will be able to change your mind before finalizing the build. I don't think anyone knows when your...
If I were a dealer, I would want every Bronco buyer to reserve 2-3 Broncos, have them delivered to my dealership, and pick the one they wanted. That way I have two more to sell.
