I went in on Tuesday to for the rear camera recall and the service advisor told me they just opened up all Broncos (not just Raptors) for the wiring harness recall. She called me a little later and apologized because parts told her the special tape they use was not in stock. This sounds like the same kind of jimmy repair they did for my rear Bilstein's.

Please god don’t let this be the case…I’m supposed to pick my shit up tomorrow after 5 weeks (which I realize isn’t shit compared to the OG’s) of owning a truck I can’t have

I've had a deposit on a '25 that has to be brought in from another dealer for 5 weeks. I texted the sales guy yesterday morning and he said he was going to talk to the sales manager but I haven't heard back. I have to say that I'm a bit annoyed by that at this point.

I had a deal on one that had to be brought in from out of town by my local dealer. After several weeks of no movement and the same nothing updates from the sales guy, I talked to the providing dealer, who said they never agreed to trade the Bronco and would not. When I confronted my sales guy, he said his sales manager was supposed to contact me to break that news. What BS. I ended up buying a different Bronco from a different dealer.

For sure they used up all the special tape they used to fix the leaking Bilstein's, now they need more to fix the engine harnesss.

We should be glad they didnt issue a do not drive order.
When I worked for Subaru, we were going to owners homes and towing vehicles back to the dealer to wait for parts. If I remember it was steering racks. Some were waiting for 3 weeks for parts. I have an appointment for Friday to get fixed.

was supposed to pick mine up today, was actually driving there to get it. Surprise surprise the dealer called and said they had to order parts and it wont be ready until tomorrow now. This is the 3rd time they have given me a date and a time and blown past it.
