What’s Your Favorite 2026 Color Offering?

My 21 Gladiator in Nacho was by far my favorite color auto I've ever owned. As Jeep discontinued the 3.0 diesel option (I absolutely loved mine and never had an issue) I was left with 1 option, an anemic 3.6l. I've always driven Jeeps and really liked the Gladiator platform but knowing I wanted a convertible/offroad/larger SUV/truck with actual power, that left me 2 options, Wrangler 392 or Bronco. Found the Heritage model and loved the classic look and feel so went to my local dealer which had 3...Ruby Red, White or Black Checked availabilty close to me hoping for a Robins egg blue (really like that color) but finally went with the local option in black...it's growing on me:

I was considering a new Bronco. Mine is a Race Red 2022 Base Sasquatch. I would like a a Heritage Edition. My local dealers lot is full and I do not like the Color options at all. Ruby Red and the Stroppe edition are the only other than grey options. I will keep mine until they offer better -brighter colors.

Same dilemma… about to order a Badlands 2 doors Manual, to replace my 2022 Area 51, which I love to the moon. The only blue is a bit overused for my like and better fit to a pickup truck, I can’t recall seeing the Avalanche but on the screen it looks like a different shade of the Cactus with is fine if I didn’t already have 4 cars in different shades of white. I rarely replace my cars, so I’m aiming for a long haul, and I’m not sure if I can live happy for the next decade with the beige or brown (nothing gray about it), or I should just wait for 2027 and risk it might get worse (like discontinuing the 2 doors Manual)

Avalanche Gray doesn't show up well in pictures. It looks different in the photos depending on how the light hits it. I wasn't sold on it until I saw an F150 with it on the freeway. I was thinking Desert Sand, but wasn't committed. So go to a dealer and look at it, see what you think.

Otherwise, the new colors should be announced within a month or so. Then a few additional months before they come out. So during that time, you can decide if it's worth waiting, or pickup one in '26 colors.

Just a brief comment ... if you do a lot of off roading, especially on longer trips and/remote in locations, there ain't nothing wrong with a bright color like a Ruby Red Metallic.

Even the OffRoadeo instructors in LV this Spring were dumbfounded by all the neutral, Earth tone colors that most folks seem to drive. They stated the object is to be seen ... and, if necessary ... found.

I’m pretty much in this same boat. I just saw Marsh Gray and Desert Sand on the street over the last week or so and they both look good, but I wouldn’t call them exciting.

Op what did you decide?

I went with black and wrapped it myself in the garage. I actually like the Bronco in white better than black, but black meant I didn’t have to worry about the color peeking through between the panels.

I think I did alright for my first time!

I’ve been thinking about wrapping my 02’ f250 myself, it’s pretty flat, no curves. Where did you order the vinyl from?

The f150 color lineup has nothing to do with Bronco. How Ford decides on colors per line is anyones guess, I don’t think they even know.
I think Bronco will have no color changes for 27’ except the Filson editions.
It would be nice to see some actual color selections like Jeep has.

I got the vinyl from metrorestyling - they cut it straight from the big rolls, so they offer tons of different lengths, which is great. I also used The Bad Wrap to figure out exactly how much wrap I needed to order. Paid them $10 and they were spot on.

Couple tips:
- Flat panels are good, but curves are not too difficult as long as you take your time. The most difficult things to do IMO is when you have big sweeping rear quarter panels that go directly into the roof pillar and all the way to the front of the car, without any panel breaks. You have to do those all in one sheet and it looks like a nightmare. But the F250 doesn’t appear to have that.
- I took the doors off because they’re designed to and I figured it would make wrapping easier - I don’t advise doing that. The cuts on the inside of the doors are horrendous because I didn’t have another panel to help me keep straight. It’s much easier to overlap the wrap on the nearest panel and cut along that to make a straight cut.
- Make sure you clean the car appropriately and remember to degrease it with 70% isopropyl alcohol before you start any of the panels. IPA was a godsend for me.
- Be mindful of the environment and debris. I have dust under the hood because it’s a flat panel and debris settles on it.
- Get some vinyl wrapping gloves. It makes sliding your hand across the wrap so much easier.
- Get some knifeless take, it’ll make your life a lot easier.
- Lastly, and most importantly, I advise you pull the entire backing off the vinyl and GLASS it before you start really laying it down. When I first started, I would only take off part of the backing and would start ironing out bubbles before taking more off and moving down the panel. BADDDD IDEA! It took way more effort than it needed to and it got super tricky at the end. I was getting creases because the vinyl already laid was stretched but the vinyl that I was trying to lay was perfectly shaped. Had to work all those creases out and it took a lot of time. Once I started glassing the entire panel, it went sooo much faster.

Don’t be scared, it’s really not difficult at all - it’s just labor intensive. My hands were killing me by the end of it; now I know why these guys get paid so much for it. The materials don’t cost a lot, it’s just a lot of time and effort.

You should totally do it! Have fun with it, what’s the worst that could happen?!

Wild Green would actually look great on a Bronco, but it’s pretty close to Marsh Grey, so I doubt they’d do that. Birch Sand is likely pretty close to Desert Sand, so I doubt that as well, and Neptune Blue is just a dark navy, which I guess wouldn’t look bad, but is just uninspiring.

It’s a shame they don’t offer nicer colors for the Bronco. The Wrangler is available in every color under the sun, but Ford can’t even offer a proper Orange!

I was considering a Jeep. There's a few more colors, but not that many. I was considering Anvil which is similar to Azure Gray (not currently available).

Joose (Orange) and 41 (light green) are pretty nice colors.

They also have some wacky colors that are cringe, but might appeal to some:
Mojito - bright green
Reign - purple

Those two hurt my eyes lol.
