The only way you can truly "lock it in" is if you get a signed Purchase Agreement (PA) with the VIN clearly printed on the PA.
A signed Sales Order and deposit, sadly, does not guarantee you a vehicle.

All depends on the fine print even with a vin on PA they can still and will screw you LOL.

The same packages in a 2026 was 68k

new 24 Wildtrack late in 25 56K MSRP was 69K+/-. It kinda depends on what you're getting. You want the best deal, go with a 25 that's been on the lot for a while, they're out there....and the longer you wait, the better deal you can get.

Nice! I asked them to match my Granger Ford build offer which was in the $66k OTD price range. They said $67k because you still need to travel out there to get it. Hence the reason I walked.

Mine was around $63 MSRP. It was $58,660 after the $5055 employee pricing promo. They came down another $500, but wouldn't do 1 cent more.

IMO, in order to get a good deal currently, you'd have to have some leverage and be willing to walk away and negotiate a bit. If you want to drive off with the Bronco of your choice on day 1, you better have done some research and leg work.

For me, tracking the options I wanted (OBX, with matching painted top, SAS, no Lux) I had my choice of literally 2 vehicles within around 400 miles. One 10 min away, another in AZ (about 5.5 hour drive). If I was willing to get the Lux package, there are two that are within an hour drive. So might have gotten a better price if I wanted to get one of those two. There were two more which got sold within the last two weeks.

So if you can find two or more that are very similar and have what you can live with, you might get some leverage negotiating with both dealers. Even more leverage if both of those are '25 and not '26.
