Any update on running both tanks or is anyone just running the auxillary tank? I'm thinking hard about doing the main tank only, both or just the auxillary. I think I can deal with the inaccurate level reading. It's the siphon system and how it's working for everyone that I'm most confused about. Any update would be greatly appreciated!

I did the 115 and the 60 liter tanks. I am happy with it for the most part. been having issues with the fuel gauge accuracy. I got 1004km to the tanks. I fuelled up and dove to empty I got, 1004km driving at 110km roughly 17.2-17.4L per 100km (94 Octane). I Drove 235km from when the DTE gauge hit zero (Fuel gauge hit E Empty). I will do the same thing on the way back but I will have 87 Octane do to where I am at. I will run it empty again document it from there continue with my trending. I have been working with FK and we are looking at a float issue. once i get the new ones in will change them out and see if the gauge is more accurate. Mike over there has been really great to work with and very help full.
I added a video of how the syphon system works, a simple schematic on how the float system works. this is very help full info for the guys installing the tanks. i will see if they will resend me the schematic of the tanks installed set up for the lines and electrical. they have a detailed one that is really good they made up for me but I can't find it right now. hopefully this help a bit.

Thanks for that. Did you install them yourself?

I wonder if i could persuade a dealer to do it. That install is a little intimidating.

It didn't seem to be that bad for the install. but a hoist is very nice. To get under the truck for the install. it would be very difficult working on the ground.

I was being facetious... I knew what you meant... I was playing off the fact that none of the Broncos place a spare in that location....

I am keeping an eye on your work. Really good reports so far. Obviously I have a 2 door and I NEED to carry extra gasoline... I carry my "auxiliary" tanks where I used to carry my spare... LOL!

I KNEW there was no reason for the rear subframe area to be different enough between all Bronco models, made no manufacturing or design sense.

Does this mean you'll consider offering the AUX tank as an option for 2DRs with the muffler delete?

I have a quick question, been trying to follow this thread but will admit I've forgot most of it. How long did it take for you to drop your OEM tank?

I finished everything in about 4 hours. Working on the ground. The tank itself took me about a hour. Their videos are very good.
