I am attempting to fish a CAT6 cable to the accessory camera mount on top of the dash. I have run the wire under the top cover to the center of the dash, but can't reach it through the small opening under the camera mount.

Is there a way to remove the USB-C power panel on top of the dash? I've included a picture below.

Sorry I don't have any tips. But I am curious what you'll be using the Ethernet cable for?

Hey, I am thinking about doing the same with a HAM. Did you manage to get this wire up there without permanent modification (cutting, notching, etc.) to the dash parts?

Do you have any advice or pics?
I didn’t have to do any permanent modification for my Yaesu FTM-500 install. The flat remote head cable fits nicely between the camera mount and the speaker/USB panel. I ran all my radio cables in the passenger side. You can use a wire fishing rod to get the cable to the camera mount. For the dash, I only had to remove the side grab handle and trim, right side speaker grill and speaker, and the center speaker/USB panel.

Here’s my earlier post…
