I am on my second set of fog lights and they are rusting again. Have they found a solution to this problem yet?

I see they went quiet here as well. Contacted their support and have heard nothing back. About to start a thread of my own...

when Oracle sent me a replacement set (which seemed identical to the ones that had rusted), I took them apart, sanded, primed, painted, and poly sprayed them). It's been a year now and they still look new.

UPDATE 9/29: Oracle's response to this thread was quick and productive. They agreed that the rust is excessive for the timeframe and provided a very fair solution (your results may vary, so I am being purposely vague). The customer service team has been very responsive and thorough. Oracle shared that the latest version of this product still uses a steel bracket/housing (not stainless or aluminum) but now has improved galvanization and coating.
Odd choice to both galvanize and paint them. Usually galvanized surfaces aren't easily painted. I wonder if it's that combo that's causing the paint to delaminate, collect water/salt/grime etc., and accelerate oxidation. If I were them, I'd just switch to stainless like a quality manufacturer should. Or at least offer stainless as an upgraded option if cost is the issue.

Yes that seems needed as the rust-prone brackets are a clear weak point. Aluminum or stainless (or even plastic) would be an improvement, and save Oracle a lot in warrantee claims, and negative product reviews. But again, in my experience, their customer service was good and I got a replacement (I just wish I didn't have to disassemble them to make them rust proof with better coatings).
