All Broncos come with the M220 rear differential, I think that you mean the M210 front differential.

The cost to upgrade the M190 to M210 was $1500 for me and the HOSS 3.0 steering rack was under $1000 after core return.

$2500 is much less than the cost of the Sasquatch package, but doesn't consider labor, wheels, and tires. Which makes the Sasquatch package an excellent value.
most people dont consider the cost of labor. if one is a mechanic and is able to do the work themselves then that is different. But then again too what is your time worth as well as consider the investment in tools you may need to do the job as well.

One other factor to consider is warranty issues? if you have a bronco out of warranty because of years or mileage then its a non concern. but compare warranty issues of paying for the sasquatch package, and not having it and going the aftermarket route. who would cover what issues? and what areas would end up having various warranties voided as well.

IMO, getting SAS makes sense until you hit Badlands. At that point you get all the good stuff with the non-SAS Badlands. On Badsquatch you essentially get a 35” tire & wheel package that includes 0.43” higher lift using collars that costs you articulation and $5k.

So it swaps from being a great bang for the buck to a poor one at Badlands.

I think Ford missed an opportunity to capitalize on a better version of SAS for Badlands only. Instead of making it a tire & wheel upgrade it could have included the HD steering rack & tie rods (before the 24 models made it standard anyhow) and/or provided lower gears and beefier axles to easily go 37’s and beyond. Essentially some real benefit for the dollars, even if it costs a few bucks more. I think many buying Badlands would have appreciated those type of upgrades.

I’m planning on putting some SAS takeoffs onto my non-SAS and wanted to ask a few questions. Before I learned that the shocks/springs rate were determined by the vehicle trim package. I got my hand on a set of 2022 Base SAS 2-Door for a very good price with only 5000 miles on them and I jumped on it. Well, I have a 2022 Outer Banks non-SAS 4-Door 2.7 w/o trailer package. I read though this entire trend along with a few other looking for some information on how putting a 2 door SAS setup would impact my ride. I assume for starters the lift height would be effected. However, can someone give me some other things that I my need to be concerned about? Also, if I was to install them would it still be a upgrade from the existing stock setup?

The right answer hinges on what you want to accomplish with the rig. It’s easy to go down the rabbit hole but you will be money, time and frustration ahead if you can try to define those goals upfront.

I have a 4 door Manual Badlands Non-Sas. Looking for a lift to fit 35's. What kit is solid? Also is it worth it to just throw on SAS take offs? And if so can it just be from a 4 door or does it also have to be from a manual?

I've just downloaded the spreadsheet and have a question for the smart folks.

I want to install HOSS 3.0 Fox shocks on my '24 2Dr Sasquatch.

The spreadsheet lists the front and rear shock part numbers, but there are blanks for the part numbers for the springs.

Does that mean that the HOSS 3.0 shocks will fit HOSS 2.0 spring setups?
