I will argue all day that in some scenarios that lower to the ground center of mass is a huge advantage... Like when ascending or descending very steep grades, getting that center of mass in front of the contact patch is very beneficial. For the trails I typically run I simply benefit more from the addition clearance. On different trails I would not. I would rather go toward a long arm.Aw, look at that little guy!

And as I say that Norcal posts a perfect example of wanting lower center of gravity.... In fact I bet in the middle of that he was wishing he was a little lower to the ground... LOL
