M-18000-B2 - who’s got best price all in; does it still need a level kit?

Hi all - I think you guys got me sold on the Hoss 3 M-18000-B2 kit for my OBX non-SAS.

I see a variety of prices, and some hit you with a massive freight charge. Looking for best price all in. Also looks out of stock in some places.

Also - once installed, am I good to good, or is there still a leveling issue. If that the case, may go with adjustable coilovers. Thanks!

Cheapest would probably be right from Ford online - can usually get 15-20% discount codes and burn Ford Points. And if you ship to dealer shipping is usually free

But beware the customer service sucks and orders often get lost unless you coordinate with your Dealer to let them know what’s coming.

(that’s different than ordering through your dealer - can use Ford points there but the discount codes usually don’t work)

Thanks. Unfortunately, looks like out of stock at Ford Performance. I’m sure they’ll backfill soon. I had good success getting my graphics drop shipped to my local dealer, so hopefully that continues.

I called around, most places have a freight charge. One was $500!

I was pricing them out and the cheapest I could find was Lethal at $1946.70, no idea what shipping would be. Looks like shipping is free, but they do charge about $60 for shipping insurance (to California YMMV).

Market place listing is rather steep since It doesn't include the sway bar and connections.

Yep, I found the same. They have the lowest base price, however the largest freight charge, $500+.

Hmm, maybe they’d price match Lethal? Then I’d likely be willing to pay a ~$200 charge. Gets the all in price in the low $2k…which would likely be close to Ford with 20% discount, dropped shipped (assume free).

T&C states free shipping over $149 lower 48. I guess their way out would be the undefined "over sized" to worth asking what that means. They can always ship each damper individually haha.

Thay have discounts for Mustang6g, veterns, etc.

We’ll see what they come back with, but seems like we can’t get around the added freight charge. CJP might be another path.

Hmmm, might be a bit mis-leading over at Lethal Performance. I put the set in the cart and did calculate shipping, input zip and it showed free shipping with a $60+ charge for route shipping protection.

Then in check-out it wants to charge $640 in shipping So all-in it's $700 in shipping and route shipping protection (whatever that is), not such a good deal.

Items I've ordered thru Ford offer free drop shipping to a participating dealership, but not many dealers in my area participate so it's an hour drive (still worth it on larger items).


Edit* Steeda shows cost is $538 more than Lethal but shipping is $200, Ford Performance is looking better with each price comparison.
