We are planning to include a TPE mat under the TrailDeck in all future production batches to improve grip and protect the surface. What do you think of this addition?

This is a must IMO. I already have my trail deck but would purchase the mat separately. Please keep us posted on availability.

Please make sure this is a seperate line item that can be purchased individually for those of us who already have the TrailDeck.
Though it cannot be seen in your rendering of the mat, do you plan on adding a flap to cover the jack compartment? Others, like myself consider the exposed jack to give it an "unfinished" look when the tailgate is opened. I covered mine with some adhesive felt.

I have a Trailgater tailgate table, which I refuse to give up.

After closely examining various picture and videos that have been posted, I'm still not sure if my table and the Traildeck are compatible.

There are two questions.
1. Could I drop my table when the Traildeck is pulled out. For me this is a minor issue but could be nice.
2. Can I close my tailgate with the Traildeck installed. It looks like the handle protrudes too much and will hit the Trailgater. If the Traildeck handle would hit my table, is the handle removable?

Are you guys planning on being at Overland Expo in Flagstaff this year?

The handle is removable, I did not have the same table, but my issue was with the edge of the table contacting the TrailDeck on the passenger side. For me between the two, the TrailDeck is much better for my uses, but I am going to order the Broaddict tailgate table that will work with the TrailDeck when it releases.

Yes, we have had customers test this, and unfortunately, the TrailDeck slide out tailgate drawer is not compatible with a tailgate-attached subwoofer (like the Stinger). The combined depth of the drawer and the sub prevents the tailgate from closing properly.

A good way to visualize the clearance is to check our new tailgate table's bottom edge position relative to the tailgate. If your subwoofer extends beyond that point, it will likely interfere with the slide-out tailgate drawer.

Which table is this? I have the Traildeck platform and my Mabett table doesn't work with it.
I went to the Broaddict site and I don't see this specific table that works with the slide platform.

It’s a new model and not yet released. Last I saw they said it would come out in April.
