This may be a reach unless you have the same wheel tire combo. Anyone have rubbing issues with mud flaps after converting to 0" offset wheels? I have Mabett mud flaps on my 2023 Wildtrak with stock SAS suspension. No problem when on the stock wheel and tires but when I went to Method 315 wheels 0 offset and Falken Wildpeak AT/4W tires 315/17/70 I immediately had rubbing issues with the front mud flaps. Just on the flaps. I removed the flaps and no rubbing otherwise. I'm looking for ideas for mud flaps that will fit this combination with out lifting the suspension. I will likely do some sort of mild lift or perch in the future but but for now I want to stay stock. The Mabetts have a raised lip around the perimeter on the inside of the flap that seems to be the problem. I'll probably try grinding down the lip and see if that works but I was considering going with another brand because I'd like the front flaps to be a little longer anyway. I'm considering RokBlokz or Rally Armor if the grinding thing doesn't work but wondering if they'll work before I spend big money for those. The photo of the the mud flap is from a another members posting. Sorry I don't recall who.

Yes and with less offset. I just clearanced them with tin snips.
You could probably also creatively pull them back with zip ties. I dunno. But that inside flange (lip) has to go.

I have 17x9 with -6 offset and 35" KM3's and they rubbed pretty bad. I ground down that lip with a Dremel and a small grinding stone. I still get a little rubbing at full lock when backing up uphill.

It looks like you have stock rock rails, so the BluMak3D flaps may be an option. They are a front-only mudflap that attaches to the front of the rock rail. Might make the difference for clearance.
I have no personal experience with them, but you may be able to search up some reviews for them on the forum.

Actually I have AMP Research power running boards. Though I did see those bluemak3d flaps in another thread. Good solution for those with rock rails.

Was hoping to hear from someone using RokBlokz with 0" offset wheel tire combination. I like the way they mount but looking at the install videos not sure if they are any more flush to the back of the wheel well. Credit goes to (drmdwebb) for the photo of the RokBlokz.

I have the same mudflaps on my Bronco and am currently gathering parts to lift my BB non-SAS to go from 32s to 35s. I plan to retain the stock +55 offset wheels, but I’m also considering adding a 1-inch spacer to effectively match the +33 offset used on the SAS package.

My understanding is that the +33 offset performs well, and that the issues you experienced only began after moving to a 0 offset. Is that correct?

I have the RokBlokz on 1mm offset rim and also occasionally rub on them.

On a WildTrak no - but on my Big Bend, yeah. 35x12.5x17 on low offset rims would catch my Weathertec mud flaps. I ended up swapping them out for Broflaps, which are more flush fitting.

But the real fix was upgrading to 38" tires, obviously
