Looking for Advice and Ideas on outfitting my Bronco for Hunting and Fishing. I have never owned a SUV style vehicle always pickup trucks. What ways have you customized your bronco to be better suited for hunting and fishing? Fly Fishing and Upland are probably the two i spend most time on but also do some big game and conventional fishing as well. Pictures of what you've done would be fantastic. Below are some of the questions i had, but also any other things you've found helpful.

- Transporting Rods Conventional and Fly Rods
- Kennels for Brid Dogs
- Secure storage of firearms
- Transporting Game harvested
- Storage of hunting and fishing gear
- For extended trips is it worth it to remove the second row seats and re install after vs just folding down?
- Roof Rack recommendations for a soft top

I didn't want hooks in my vinyl seats, so this is what I ended up with. 4x4 Truck LED'S sells em. Holds 2 and they sell driver and passenger side. Can open the hood with them in place.

Made my own rod holders. Keeps them safe out of the way

Borrowed this idea from someone here on Bronco6G that posted last year.
I just expanded/adjusting a little bit.

Used double-sided velcro tape on the twist lock holder. This helped tremendously with keeping the rods from bouncing around.

Nothing for extended trips, for that we use a F-350 with a Lance 1172 camper . To the guys that sleep in tents and hammocks you're tougher than me. Anyway this is a dog box from bass pro for a utv fits nicely if take the back seat out of a 2 door fits a 4 door 4th ba k seats. Put a gun rack for a atv on top holds 2 guns with a little room for clothes. Dogs love it back there, always going somewhere fun.

Yessss. What's up My Dude.

I lost you're original post and never got the chance to say thank you for posting your original idea last year.

Super easy and cheap option you came up with.💪

The strap across the roof on the front end was a little noisy. Or at least the rods were, when they bounced around.
So I tried using a little Velcro tape to stick the holder to the roof. Worked like a charm

Either way, thank you for sparking and posting the original idea last year that led me to tinkering around to what I have now in my Bronco.

Happy fishing 🎣 😎

Thank you! I also came to the same conclusion and use Velcro to hold the front now, and I'm using the red locking side for both front and rear. it's way easier to load that way.
