I have to say that when the Ford motor company page reaches out on one of our posts, it gives us the consumer hope that there’s a chance that our issue will be resolved. or at the very least be met with some sort of understanding.

100%… if the advisor had told me that their engine guy/technician was out with an injury, out sick, or any other life event. I would be absolutely understanding and roll with the punches.
But the idea that that dealership does not have a technician or can’t get someone to advise their in-house...
Before I start calling the @Ford 800 numbers or the usual channels to try to get some sort of an answer from Ford customer service. I wanted to ask if any of you on this forum has dealt with this situation.

Yeup. You’ll just get a private message. Then they’ll ask you for some info name, phone number, Etc. Then ask you for your VIN number.
Then someone will email you and after a few questions, come out simply tell you to take it into a local dealership to have it looked at.

And once I started installing, I realize one of the caps was broken. or at least the little clip that seals the cap into the main part.

Now that I am so much more comfortable with the adjustments on the DSP equalizer, I’m definitely going to try your suggestion and fine-tune the EQ to my personal preferences
OK now that you say that, it only reassures me that I’m not going crazy. Sounds like I just need to go back to the shop and have them make some adjustments. And or have them use Foracan for those adjustments with the DSP.

Had a local shop update my audio system with
*focal (3-way)dash /kick panels
*Focal 6.5 rear pods
*Stinger 12” sub
*amp Rockford PM 1000X5
they added the Axxess DSP.
But I’m curious if something should have been adjusted with Forscan also ? ?
two issues I’m having.
