Is there a special way too turn on the rear Ac Vents? I’ve checked there open but zero air flow. Tried every confegeration. Any guess to what’s wrong.

Others have noted that there is a piece missing in the dash tying the rear vents into the hvac system.. so any flow intended for the rear seats, is dumped into the dash.

I saw another thread, can't find where, but someone had the same issue as you in the rear and the vents were actually not connected. So you may want to see if the rear under the seat vents are connected to the system.

Uh oh. I haven’t even checked mine yet. Didn’t occur to me. First thing I’m doing when I get home.

It was a common occurrence that the duct work wasn't connected on the MY'21-24 moar door. Wouldn't surprise me if the same problem isn't found on the MY'25's with rear center console vents.

Just checked my rear console vents and they work. Selected body and leg (floor) vents on screen and turned the fan up to 5. Had a brief sinking feeling in back until I realized both vents on the rear console were closed. They must have been set that way by the factory. The up/down vent controls there can also shut the vents if moved all the way to the side.. Once opened I felt the air. Not super strong but blowing.

You have to select floor vent which is connected to the rear AC ducts.

Clearly the problem is that Ford simply added rear vents to the 2025 Bronco. No where did they say they would actually be connected to the HVAC system.

Cost saving measure!
no, I'm pretty sure that was intentional--that product line manager has a recall quota to meet.

I called them leg vents but that’s good to know. Wasn’t sure which of the two vent options I had turned on at the same time was actually the one that works back there. I was just happy air came out and went to have a celebration beer.

The funny part - when you do select Floor vents thinking to cool off those passengers in the back, 85% of the air comes out the A-pillar vent.

I dunno who thought that was a good idea. Maybe they fixed that on the '25s too?

Same boat for my new Bronco. Panicked a little because there was initially ZERO air flow. But once I toggled the side to side vent controls air started coming through. It is NOT strong but there’s at least some flow.
