I ordered a JTop with the Texas State Flag. Their site stats 10 day turn around on those tops, and much is understandable because of the printing. However, after 3 weeks and no word, I finally call and I’m told they are a week behind on production.
Again, understandable because of the product and stated quality. But where is the commutation about delays?
it finally ships, so I’m super excited again.
it shows up today, I unboxed it like a kid at Christmas. And it’s the wrong top!! The box has all the correct info on the label, but the contents is wrong.
I have called back and sent an email with pictures to the support email.
I really hope I don’t have to wait another month to get the correct top!
