My dealer caught this while doing an oil change. I was right around 40k miles and it was covered under the drive train warranty.

I finally made the time to retrofit the missing rivnuts on my early '21 Bronco 4-door and install the @Mountains2Metal tilting attic shelf. Wasn't a bad job but it would have been a heck of a lot easier if I'd just bought the right step bit instead of working with whatever I could find in my toolbox

We took our OBX up to a mall parking structure Shuteye Peak.
Labor Day weekend back country camping trip in Southern Utah.

Coming down the Flint Trail. My 15 year daughter was pretty proud of herself.
The "original" tear drop trailer (made out of a Hudson).
Be sure to get out and look at the small washouts. They are sometimes undercut! At least we got to use our shovels.

Completely forgot that I turned some wrenches last Friday. Replaced the clutch pedal spring with the softer Steeda one and swapped out the rear differential cover for the Ford Performance one for easy fluid changes.
Out with the old:
New spring and assembly freshly gooped up:
In with the new:
There's actual pedal feel now rather than just knowing the clutch is engaging because the truck's starting to move. It's a subtle but noticeable difference.
Jack up the driver's side to access the fill hole on this cover.
I do enjoy long weekends when I can catch up on projects and clear out the parts pile in my garage

I finally managed to get my radar detect off the windshield and onto my device bar (from a former site sponsor that I won’t mention since they seem to have ghosted a lot of buyers on this site. )
it took a little bit of a Frankenstein turn due the various pieces I had to bring together but it will work for now.
I did not want to mount it up high as others have done and since the plan was to put power on the top of the dash, and I had the device bar I might as well use it.
The little back thing under the detector as it “sits” on the device bar is one of those felt pads you put on the bottom of a chair leg when you have hardwood floors so the chair will slide.
I could not find a way to direct mount the Uniden to the device bar so the felt pad is just to keep it from banging on or rattling against the bar on bumpy roads.
once I get the USB power on the top of the dashboard, all the visible wiring will be gone, and I will be a happy camper
