You must set your clock to "auto update" . . .

To hit that setting just touch the clock, toggle switch is at bottom of screen it goes to.

I would expect so. Time doesn't stand still from one time you'd get into your truck, to the next time.

If, every time you got into your truck, your clock showed exactly the same time, that would indicate that your clock is not running.
