A Ford rep reached out to me on Twitter after I included my VIN, and then was completely unhelpful. Basically told me it was in production, gave me the link to the tracker, and said I should ask my dealer for my info. When I told him I had done all of those things and would like something more, he said "we've recorded your comments on out system, and you should follow up with your dealer as they'll have the most up to date info." It was almost insulting and a compete waste of time. Great customer service @Ford Motor CompanyStill crickets...been busy the last week so never got around to Twitter(I did install it!)..anyone have any luck getting a twitter response lately?
