It is a truck. As it has been pointed out many times prior to my post, it is a body on frame design. All vehicles used to be body a on frame design, but evolution over time now see that this design is used strictly on heavy trucks, pickups and a few large SUV's. As more trucks use this design than SUV's, I think we are safe to call it a truck. Just saying...

When you have to start spelling out all the qualifications that make your ride a "truck".... it's not.

If you had a Bronco and an F150 in your driveway, and you told your friends "Let's go, we'll take my truck" No one is going to head for the Bronco.

I swear some people just want to say they drive a TRUCK because their ego doesn't wanna say car, SUV, wagon or anything else

If you tell me to get in the SUV, I’ll assume we are headed to Starbucks for lattes.

To me, SUV or truck are acceptable. It's not a car, although many of us call everything a car... even a bus.

As a current Jeep owner........... Jeeps are "Jeeps", SO Broncos are "Broncos"

Jeep is a make and Bronco is a model. So by your logic you'd call it a Ford?

And for the record it's a truck. BOF SUV = truck. Unibody crossover = car. I'm not calling it a pickup truck so don't even bother with the "it doesn't have a bed" garbage. Truck. Because it's monosyllabic and that's convenient.
