Yeah, I hear the mall has some great trails just for that.
Since when is rock rash destroying a vehicle?
I wasn't talking about rock rash but in general. Regardless why judge someone for what they want to do with THEIR vehicle. Should quit this "offroader" gatekeeping.

I'm glad to see someone testing out their new rig though.

3 days old and I've already got rock rash on the beauty rings and the entire interior is covered in dust

...and that's exactly what an off-roader should look like after a day on the trails - Well done!
Now go wash up for dinner, young man - You're a mess! 😁

Gotta give you some props—don’t think I could do that.

I completely intend to do the same thing to my Bronco… but probably not within the first month or two of ownership. I’ll give it a handful of months to wear in on its own before I do something like that. ;)

Sorry man for whatever offended you. I was just making light of the comment about being OCD about a dirty vehicle and that vehicle being an offroad vehicle. I don't care what you do with your vehicle. And was also not trying to make fun of mental disorders or anything else that may have been the perceived issue. Have good one. Hope everyone enjoys their Bronco however they see fit.

Nicely done!!

I was out with some overland friends last week told him I didn’t want to do any routes and we ended up in a washout gully in my stock F150. Thank God I know how to drive!!

How’s your Bronco? I’ve been waiting on your videos! What’s wrong with being OCD about a dirty car? I take my car to the track and I immediately come home and wash off all the rubber from doing burnouts. The inside of his car would drive me nuts until it was cleaned.

Still in purgatory. I got the washout interior so I can take the water hose to it. Haven't washed my Tacoma in at least 5 years, but have sprayed out the undercarriage at times.
As long as the OCD about dirty doesn't keep you from enjoying it while offroad it should be good. Scratches though just seem to come with the territory.

Completely agree with this comment I’m not even sure I want to drive mine in the rain.

Lol 5 years? I wouldn’t leave the Bronco dirty, I’d just pressure wash it down real quick. I know, I know. I’m still going to cringe at any and every scratch.

The Tacoma is black, so it's either notice every single scratch and dent, or just leave it dirty and pretend it's all good. It actually has quite the patina to it now. I call it the protective layer, like the ice layer on an old gallon of ice cream.

The stick in the grill has been there at least 3-4 years. Its slowly rotting away.
