Same here, PCM module is blank but BCE module is populated .... i have no idea what that means

I don't think that the PCM populates, they are shipped with just BCE modules showing up.

It's because there's no ssl certificate. Only thing that is wrong there is that somebody may be able to "intercept" your VIN. I wouldn't enter my CC info on that site, but otherwise, shouldn't be an issue

It "should be" built. I can't see some data as well as some others here who have voodoo beyond my mere ability, but what you can do is look here and see if you have a release date or production date yet.
