I was told today that all 2021 broncos that have been ordered by 3/19 or what ever that date was to close out will be built and you/I will get them this year.
from the horses mouth
these two broncos BL are at Frisco ,Tx. this afternoon
he did tell me that the sins will delay the build but we will still get them this year and that Ford is making sure they get out. needless to say I am changing colors again after seeing this color in person Rapid Red ( to me it is candy apple red from the days gone by 1970's-1980's )
it is an awesome looking color in person
there was a race red but it was to bright red for me

Karma for the priority build people.

I was not a priority build, but day 1 res holder, that has a 6/14 build...pretty sure I did not do anything that would support you saying it is karma if mine gets pushed back...

ya not a chance in hell they all get built....especially now with delays. There might be day one or two res holders that won’t get them this year.

Great call on the Rapid Red, but there is zero chance they all get built this year. They won’t get half built with the new delay.

I am definitely disappointed in Fords communication and I do not think the issue is chip related (not entirely) I know that have had some major supplier issues, to the point of some pretty drastic action this week. I know they are still unsure about the outcome or what will happen if that supplier fails completely. There is no capacity at other suppliers and time is clearly tight. They will likely have to produce and park thousands of Broncos as the wait for the correct parts at a minimum. My complete guess, they do not want to communicate anything until they get a handle on the issue.

Maybe this time will allow time for the other facilities to catch up on 2.7L, MIC tops, SAS and tow packages. It might help early day 1 res holders with all sins get their bronco and not get passed over and knocked out of allocation.

I’m a day 1 res holder, 3hrs into the reveal. Have all sins and worried that I won’t be able to get it this year. For me 2021 is a must for tax purposes.
