A little help with dealer?

Don't know if my eyes are fooling me, but there seems to be a huge mistake on your order summary. You say you ordered the Wildtrak, but the order summary says it's a Badlands. You may want to get that sorted out as well. Hopefully you meant Badlands SAS and not Wildtrak.

Amazing, isn't it? So many rush to be first that they don't read/look carefully at the information given or requested. It is a rampant disease on this forum. Happens all the time. The OP should be thanking you profusely.

My bad! I did order a badlands.

Update:

I went by the dealership and met with the GM. He did not think the code 99 was a problem but assured me that he would update my code. Shortly, I received an email from Ford "your order is confirmed". The salesman texted the updated "build sheet" with code 19 just now.

I am feeling good that my order is correctly placed and in the system!

I don't know if he updated the other orders in the system with code 99 but there's not much I can do about that.

They were very professional about the entire process.

My original post was incorrect. I intended to order the Badlands but misspoke on the post.

That is great for you! I hope they fixed the number for everyone else who wants a chance at a 2021. My dealer had the same issue with orders outside the allocated Broncos. They changed them all to a code 19. Now, if something happens with an early reservation (ie, deadly additions), then we move up and can get a 2021 build. I am number 4 at my dealer. There are 3 allocations...
