This. This is why.
Yes, I see that its the same person that's having difficulty with their original reservation but it's this kind of monkeying around that gives people pause.

? idk if u are saying im monkeying around or ford...i cant change the timestamp, but Ford can...it was at their recommendation, not mine

btw, my timestamp is before theirs, so if it got messed up, i would just make my timestamp their order

why would you lose $400? they have no right to keep it...nothing has happened

my Pricing sheet for my vehicle already has the sales tax worked into the price and document fees and at the bottom it says deposit non refundable

they cant keep $400 for clicking a button...i would call and talk to the GM...if the GM doesnt help you, and u need any advice, feel free to dm me

I got a call from the Bronco Reservation team following up on my issue the other day. They said I could switch dealers or revert back to a reservation. Super good service, they are trying....

Per my dealers ford rep, they are having me do the new reservation merge with old time stamp thing. I really hope this works.

Maybe the dealerships that converted customer reservations should lose a couple months of Bronco stock orders. ?.

So, I placed my order last Thursday with a local Phoenix dealer. When I asked about the order number the salesman told me that he should have a VIN in 3-4 weeks when things get scheduled.

I logged into my Ford account today and checked My Reservations & Orders and there was my Order. Only it was not the model we agreed upon. I ordered Badlands and the website says it is for an Outer Banks.

I plan to call them in the next couple of days but wondering if this means they are monkeying around with my order to fill someone else's or if they plan to claim ignorance in 8-10 months when it is ready...

My dealership converted my reservation to an order without my consent and I called the 1-800# and they told me to call the dealership and have them turn my order back into a reservation.

this is possible...cancel in WBDO, but the reservation turns blank where the "process offline" link is
