It is part of the theory on the High Level Instrument Panel. Engineers and designers refer to the entire dash board as the Instrument Panel (IP). As drivers, we don't. Hence the confusion why some think it has to do with the instrument cluster. When in fact, it may be just as simple as being able to accommodate the Bring Your Own Device rail.
Instrument panel and dashboard are 2 different things. I've seen pics of both the basic instrument panel and the high level. Wouldn't have a clue where to find them.

I will say I thought that video was well done and informative. Was nice to see a decently produced video from BN.

Explain that to the engineers and designers. When they repeatedly referred to the IP, they were touching what I refer to as the dashboard on the passenger side away from any gauge cluster.

Everyone notice the dirt between the fender and the fender flair after he removed it? That’s a little disconcerting. I can see that taking the finish off in no time. At least they come off so you can wash and wax behind there.
That worries me too. I live in the rust belt and salt potentially getting trapped under there is a little concerning. Hopefully if its easy in, its easy out with a quick hose off.

Wonder how much are those fenders!! Easily removable/stolen :D
That is true. But also useless except to other Bronco owners. So at least we got that going for us. No point in stealing them unless you have a Bronco or work on them, and then its pretty obvious if they’re stolen because they'll be weathered, scratched, etc.

Maybe he will wear one next time as well as some jeans. :ROFLMAO:
Jeans would be nice. Millennial elf pants is not a good look on anyone. ?
