Commodity Constraints , even if the reservation number holds the place in line can still be delayed by those constraints and dealer allocation. I’m including in my build sas and 2.7 bd wonder if that’s custom custom custom , it’s going to be awhile until I get mine I think.
Thinking the same and with cyber orange.... a few days ago my dealer (30 reservations) said they won’t ask for a deposit for me to convert my order... I hope that’s not to custom custom...

“There is no answer” on when what will take longer/shorter for the order so you can have a day 1 reservation order say the 2.7 and if they have problems for whatever reason you now have to wait last. ? Yup this is Ford Motor Company for you guys.

Yeah that video could really drive us crazy. Yeah your reservation matters but also Ford is going to decide when to make your order and BTW if your dealer does not get allocated enough Broncos then you might have to wait a very long time. I get that Ford takes all these orders and no doubt a computer spits out what gets made and when to be most cost effective. Otherwise they could probably lose money making these orders. My response to all this is to order exactly what I want and then try my best to forget about it. My Subaru Crosstrek will do just fine until the Bronco arrives. I talked with my dealer last week and they have about 200 reservations. I will be curious to see how many get converted to orders. I just stuck with the dealer closest to me even though I will pay more sales tax. That might end up being a good thing.

One other thing I like is that at least the Ford guy is being honest about the process.

so all of that allocation shit is true smh
Depends what definition you take. And how you take that in the"fair" and "equitable" meanings.

I have a day 2 reservation, it will be a SAS and 2.7, I figure October delivery. I'm ok with that, if its before then I will be happy. You just can't stress over the shit you can't control. My job has taught me that. I recommend that for others that are getting worked up about it. Just relax, make your order and hang in there, let the rest of us know how it goes.
I'm in the Same attitude I'm mid August res, as long as I get my build by the time my lease is up in early 2022, I'm good.

He specifically says there are commodities constraints and that they only can build so many Sasquatch packages per year and many folks will have their order in 2022. I wouldn't take that as they can meet the Sasquatch demand. I would actually interpret it as the opposite.
I’m

Or maybe it’s both. ?
I would say it’s both. They are very popular which means ford is going to build a lot, but it also means they may run low on front lockers for example and have to restrict Sasquatch packages to keep building badlands. There is an absolute shit-ton of logisticss that go into it, and my guess is that in a way Ford probably way under-estimated the demand for this thing. They did it too good honestly lol.
The northeast is literally infested with Jeeps but I agree with you. It sucks that the situation is what it is. But nobody is going to be pissed about Ford screwing them on delivery for a few months when they’re driving their new unit.

I can’t build a Bronco myself so I’ll have to play by Ford’s rules.
There are a shit ton of jeeps in New England (my dad’s family is all out there) but there definitely aren’t as many as in the southwest. And they are more concentrated in certain areas. I guess a better example would be the south or Texas where trucks are more popular than SUV’s are. (Keep in mind jeeps are super popular everywhere, so 4runners may be a better determining factor honestly.)

Just watched it , flannel guy says they dont want you to spec out a bronco and have it sit on the lot! Wtf really mine will proabably get stolen off the car carrier because its so badass.
I hope their secret squirrel formula dosent make my 8 min after reveal reserve go into 2023.
What would be a combo that would most likely get your truck in june?

I for one love bronco. The design and the engineering seems to be top notch. With that being said this is my dream vehicle and I’m not forgoing anything just for the slim chance it gets me my ride faster and there won’t be delays. I want what I want and I’m not sacrificing. I want the 2.7 and I want Sasquatch, if it slows my build down so be it. If it slows it down to where I walk away so be it. I’m not ordering something and then have tons of regrets and be pissed off because this is supposed to be my dream rig

And my day was going so good until this ?
Mine actually got better because of the further definition of how allocations are going to work AND the further confirmation of reservation/orders before dealer stock.

I understand what you are understanding. However I'm not talking that as limited per se. I think it might be limited by COVID or "oh crap! That was way more popular than we thought". Unlike, Raptor, Boss, GT500 limited. Hopefully I conveyed that correctly.
Gotcha. I was referring to limited quantity in the supply chain. Which is disappointing. Especially when Sasquatch 2.7 is stock on two trim levels that will take priority over "optional" options.

Ford really messed up the Q&A tonight, but I guess they're just ripping the Band-Aid off.

I have one registration at a local large dealer and one October at Granger. Having spoken with a sales guy at the local dealer and Albert, I’m fine waiting for Granger. Even if they get screwed with the allocation the video still says reservations getting fulfilled before stock.
