What if was simply rephrased to:
"You go to a local dealer and see if they have a Base Automatic 2-Door in one of two colors with Sasquatch. It is discounted to $33K. Knowing that it might be months to get your exact configuration, do you take this the deal?"
This is literally what happens on dealer lots every single day. It is actually rare to order a Vehicle. It is much more common to take a "deal" on what they have on the lot. Rufus's poll is pretty much that.
It is actually an excellent question that shows us how much we value an exact configuration v. price/timing. For most vehicles, "getting a deal" NOW (v. an exact configuration and waiting), would be worth it for the majority of vehicle shoppers. The data shows that.Don't fight the hypothetical!!

I was going back and forth between the white and VB. The white will hide the desert pin-striping a lot better and will hide the dust better. But with al the delays this could change again. ?
