Hummmm. 4 screens huh? I sit in a control room with 12 screens, each screen has capability of 5 windows with different information on each page. Half of the screens are above level sight, so they give us a $3,500 Ricaro office chair we can sit in for 12 hrs. Then I have 4 each 55” monitors above me. 12 hr shifts, no lunch break.

I don’t mind the BL screen, it’s like a break from the information overload at work.

Now I just want to see the comparison with a BD instrument screen to see the difference between trim levels.

This looks pretty cool! The real question is if they will change the color bronco on the display to match the color bronco you have lol
If that's not an option, I'm out. Last straw.

Oddly missing from my 2012 Ford - the trip clock will tell you time, miles traveled, gas used, and mpg. However, it does not tell you average travel speed. I have my kid punch it into a cell phone calculator after a few hours. I always like to know how fast we were going on average on long road trips. It’s just fun to know that I did 63 all the way from Podunk to One-Stop Light.
I thought that was only 1 town over...

I was kinda hoping the upgraded instrument panel was going to be fully digital. Mixed feelings on this glom of analog speedo and the rest being a screen. I'd even have preferred an analog speedo and tach with a smaller information center.

Shine a lot of light at the driver for no reason...

I sure hope I can change or significantly dim that ugly blue screen on the Bronco.
This was nearly exactly my first thought (and the white screen is worse!) I'd even be happy leaving everything else as is if I can make the background black.

I was wondering about this too, my Mustang has a "My Color" option where you can customize all the colors on the display. I am hoping the Bronco has it as well.

I think gauges are timeless, they never go out of style. When I think about the digital readouts from the 80s and how dated they look now I cringe.
The screen looks good now, but I fear these will look really dated in 10 years. Hopefully they can be software updated, but like phones, that only goes so far until you have to replace your phone to update.
With dials you never need anything other than what you have, timeless. I can't stop thinking about that.

Cars went to digital instrument panels in the 80s. It was the cool new thing, until a point and it looks terrible now. So manufacturers went back to dials for that timeless look that never gets dated. Same with motorcycles, you have your speedo and tach, the ones at went digital always are dated after a few years. I think technology moves too fast for something you will have a long time, too long a time to be stuck with something that after a while you might think of as dated or ugly. I think long term this will be outdated, and not in a "classic" way.
I'll probably just do what I normally do and ignore it, really no other choice, but it's definitely going to be in the back of my mind years down the road.
