A bunch of cool stuff here.
I have a Bambu lab P1S and no experience in designing prints. Just usually print stuff off makerworld or the Bambu lab site.
I have an image I would like to convert to a fender badge.
Any guidance on getting it from a jpeg to a 3d file for printing?

I believe there's an Inkscape to FreeCAD tutorial out there.

These two should get you there, but I can't find the one I used the first time I did it.

The basic steps are JPG to SVG, then import that into FreeCAD.

So that works really well. Inside the box are your running pc fans with a rubber hose out the bottom? I never thought to put something inside there as a while back I had a plan to mount my twin compressor inside there (ended up on molle panel on swing gate).

So I am using that specific Delta blower fan as it had the highest static pressure for a reasonable cost (~30 USD). There are definitely higher pressure blowers for similar form factor, but some might not be cheap. I am using the stock tire carrier mold to channel the air to the nozzle. For your setup, you can definitely take a more direct approach and design+print a duct instead. You have much less design restriction so you should get a better result as I am losing a lot of pressure from the stock tire carrier mold and the camera bracket housed inside.

I was able to get it to a svg, but the print came out flat and you couldn’t really tell the diff between the buckin bronco and the rider.
My wife’s bronco is called siren. Trying something like this to replace the badge.

You'll probably have to do it in sections and even using a smartphone app to isolate the mermaid/siren and then add that in as a separate SVG to 3D object would work. I'm busy today, but maybe next weekend I could help out if you haven't solved it yet.

Use something like this and overlay her or make several sections and sculpt it?

Anyone with access to a 2026 bronco? I got 2 comments that the door pockets I designed don’t fit a 2026… curious if anyone can send me a picture of the door nets off so I can see the mounting holes to see if they’ve changed. Thanks!

Ignore me they fit perfectly tried them on a local 2026 last night

Most of what I have 3D printed are download from various maker spaces. I did design this soft top mount cover.

Sub Woofer Port Cover. I started converting my fake sub into a real sub and everyone recommended blocking the enclosure port. So I designed and 3D printed a sub port cover. Now I just need to get some sealant to finish it up and snap it on.

Another set of door pockets, including the removable liners. Props to the original designer and the creator of the two color version!

I used Tecbears black ASA and LDO Larchgold ABS. The Larchgold isn’t quite a match (a bit too yellow in some light) but printed very nicely on my H2S and looks good in the pictures.

Glad you like them! I need to reprint mine in 2 tone, I never thought to do that when designing it but have seen some great ones. I think there’s upwards 5000 made at this point which is wild to me.

For those who have struggled to print them smooth plate and Asa is insanely good I’ve only had 1 failure.

This is a very cool thread and I was hoping there was a similar one for laser engraving. I am waiting for my Thunder Nova Plus 24 and Piburn rotary to come in so want some Bronco related ideas.

A local guy lasered his b pillar covers, I did a few things for mine with the laser too but typically on aftermarket parts like my tailgate table
