I forgot I had the top sitting on the EZ4x4 lift in the garage and because of the darkness, I walked right into it! :curse: That's gonna leave a mark!
I am laughing because it sounds like something similar that I do almost weekly.... For some reason I have a habit of hitting my head on almost everything... (and I am not tall - just half blind - literally)

For Two Door Tuesday, Junior got a workout at Silver Lake pulling out a Lexus and a Jeep. 😁

Any tips for up there?
I’m working Chicago suburbs and wanting to get out of here on the weekends 😂
Seen that Silver lake wasn’t far from where I am

Obviously air down - I went down to 13 psi, but when warmer they ran up to 15 psi. You could probably go less, but that seemed pretty good.

When I climbed the bigger hills I used Baja mode so it would hold the lower gears longer, but I’m not sure it was necessary. That Bronco is a beast and goes right up those hills darn near effortlessly.

For the most part I just went into 4H manually, turned on the rear locker, and turned off traction control and it was more than capable.

I got my flag mount from Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard and flag from Handy Flag (but Jeff’s sells them too).

When you get out there, take some time to survey the terrain and watch others. Watch the bottom of the bigger hills - you’ll want some speed to get up them, but the bottoms can be bumpy.

Hope that helps. You’ll have a blast. 🙂

Went around Pierce Loop and made my way up to the entry point to Fordyce Trail. Wanted to run Signal Peak, but it is closed for the rest of the year. Officially dinged the front bumper coming back down. As a novice, I gladly take it as a scout badge.
