Well...I took my TrailDeck out because of the noises I hate to say. I can't stand rattles and squeaks and I just couldn't make it stop. Broaddict was not helpful at all ending our latest conversation with they are redesigning it I should just stick some rubber behind the slide if I dont want it to rattle, completely ignoring the squeaks that are caused by this. They tell me they are committed to my satisfaction then just go AWOL and stop responding.
That’s depressing to hear. I ask BROADDICT about new slide designs and they said no plans are in the works. I too hate noises!! I really want this to work!!

Yeah...and then it started again. Instead of coming back to post and get dickbag trolls coming out of the woodwork making asinine comments like yours, I went about my business quietly trying to solve the problem which is a futile effort according to my discussions.with Broaddict. The real Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde is Broaddict who tells me on the forum that they want to solve the problem and "their engineers are working on this and watching these threads closely" then privately tells me to just put some rubber in the gaps...Strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?

I’m trying to solve the right side of the drawer having additional play that rattles when driving. Have the larger bumper pads installed and have played with the mounting positioned due to the slotted mounting holes, but no luck. Only thing that solves it is closing a rag against the right side
Rattles are my current hang up…. I hate them as we all do!! I want a traildeck but I want it in silence or mostly. Would love to hear more feedback from owners.
Yeah honestly really annoying, TBH thinking about applying something to the tailgate to press against it

Yep. My 3 month old Traildeck still sits on my garage floor with no solution from Broaddict. They've offered a discount on the next version to me in return with living with the rattles (wtf!). Also offered a replacement track but it is the same as the one on mine so not thinking that will provide any relief. (Double wtf!)
To eliminate the rattle you must use the larger bumpers. This introduces a squeak because it compresses the track against the hatch side latch mechanism. If the latch was not metal to metal it would work much better and be tight. There is also side to side flex when weigh is put on the deck which introduces a whole new set of geometric noises in my experience.
