Nice to see that you still have the Rolling Rocks. Do you have updates turned off?

The damage to your IP is likely permanent as a result of a chemical reaction of the cleaner and the heat. You can try blending it, but will likely have to replace it.

Not that it does you any good right now, but for others reading, it is best to test detailing products on inconspicuous components. Apply to an applicator and not spray directly on the surface.

There have been instances where air fresheners have melted the interior plastics.

No means to threadjack, but the rolling rocks go away? mine is MY22 and still have the rolling rocks. This week I received my first ever software update as well....

Yes. The rolling rocks get replaced with a "glowing" Bronco. Not sure which update number, but it's been out awhile. Some have the updates turned off and some for whatever reason receive the updates on a much later push schedule. AFAIK, the startup screen can be changed via ForScan, but most won't bother.

In another vehicle, I reduced the appearance of this with a heat gun and iso alcohol
Can't say if it was the same plastics or cleaner as you used. I have never tried it on my Bronco.

There are several companies that make vinyl overlays for that area. Just another option rather than replacement. I went with a flag style .

Was just going to say carefully try a heat gun as that should take it out. Keep it moving in circles and slowly heat up the area gradually.

Mild soap and water on a damp washcloth, clean damp cloth to rinse. Dry it, then use 303 aerospace cleaner as directed, then 303 aerospace protectant as directed (with damp cloth, then immediately wipe off with “clean” damp cloth)

May or may not work, but I’ve gotten scratches out this way on our Bronco dash.

I’m not brave enough for a heat gun on those plastics, large risk of me messing something up worse.
