I ordered the BDS suspension kit from Bronco Nation on April 2nd, paid in full over 6k, and still no parts, no communication, no tracking number, nothing at all. I'm getting very irritated.
Any one else had problems with them?

Nope. They have been timely in their responses to me. I just email them and they’ve been getting back same/next day

Stuff from Heretic that I bought from them took forever (4 months), but everything else arrived in a timely manner.

As far as I can tell, they're just pass-through. You place an order through them and on the backend they'll place an order with the manufacturer. So there may be holdups with the manufacturer rather than Bronco Nation itself (as was the case when I ordered Heretic parts from them). But either way, they're pretty good about responding to emails unless they're at an event, so you can just email them.

I had similar experience with JtopsUSA....but finally shipped.

These small business need to understand that service is ther only differentiator.

I just spent several thousand with my local guy who does a ton of online and remote sales because hes more reliable than majority of online and has similar price. Lucky.

This Mike from JTops. Sorry you had an issue with delivery.
We go through this at the beginning of the top off season every year. We just get overwhelmed with orders and do everything we can to get orders ship as promptly as possible. No matter how much inventory we build we just get to many orders all at once.
This year we have had issues getting magnets because of the restrictions on imports.

Over 6 weeks and still no tracking number and very limited communication. Got a email 3 days ago saying the order is complete and should be shipped out within a few days. Have tried calling, sending emails and still no tracking number and getting no response. Here it is, going into another weekend with no info and it's driving me crazy.
