I have called them been on hold for over an hour each time, the queue never moves much more than three or four people and it was almost 30 people in front of me according to the automated response system. I have left messages online. I have emailed them directly. The stores are no help for online orders. I spent a good amount of money on my first order from them, and they cannot even answer me. I have an item that says in stock ships today, I received a tracking number the day after I ordered and it has not moved. I received one thing from my order, It was a small tire repair kit and that was it. The other two things were shipping from manufacturer, those manufacturers both have the items in stock when I was choosing to order from either them or 4wp. But under my 4wp orders they are still not shipped. Two weeks almost and no answers. I was trying to just get everything from one spot. I wish I would’ve ordered elsewhere.
